The free AI audit is the front door: a short assessment that produces a real automation plan in minutes. Flat monthly fee, first month is a trial, and clients can take ownership of their builds anytime.

The original plan was that consulting would be reconnaissance: get inside enough businesses, see enough operations, and the next product would surface. It did not work out that way. Client automation is too specific to generalize.

So its job is now explicit: it is the funding engine. Capacity for the flagship comes first, and client work fills what is left.
