The Good Studio

Innovation with intention.
  1. Fintech ops, 8+ yearsThree years at JPMorgan, then a run of crypto startups that each touched a billion-dollar valuation.
  2. Left corporate. Moved to Brazil.Traded the desk for building small things that run themselves.
  3. Digital Sprint StudioThe consulting practice, and the funding engine. The original plan was that client work would surface the next product. It did not, but it pays for everything.
  4. RecoupedThe flagship. Reconciliation as a service, built on eight years of doing the work. One flagship at a time, until it is proven or retired.

The thesis is easy to say and hard to hold: build things that run themselves, and stay small on purpose. Consulting funds the work. One venture holds the focus at a time. The studio owns what works and decides where to point next.

Everything here starts with a thesis, not an opening. We have chased opportunistic ideas before, cheap and fast, and they taught us almost nothing, because something started without a reason has nothing to prove. The bets worth keeping are built on knowledge we already have, so they either work or they fail for reasons we can name.

A few things hold no matter what we build. Ventures come from earned domain knowledge, not from whatever a client happened to need. They get stop conditions before they get budget. A human stays in the loop by design. We claim only what we have actually shipped, and we build so clients can always leave.
