We build, you use. If either side decides it isn't a good fit, we part ways cleanly — full data export, no further obligation. If we both want to keep going, we sign the working agreement at the end of the trial month.

Build types
Not all automations are the same amount of work.
We're explicit about what counts as simple versus complex, so you always know exactly what your plan covers — and what an off-cadence build will cost.
Member discount. A complex build starts at $2,500 off the street, but just a $500–$750 upcharge if you're on a plan. Staying on a plan should cost you less for the work you'll actually want — not more.

How the plan scales
You only pay more when you go past what your plan includes.
Maintaining more automations costs nothing extra inside your cap — that's what the monthly fee is for. Tweaks to existing builds are included on demand and don't count against your cadence.
Tweaks are included
Changing something we already built is a tweak — included on demand, not counted against your cadence. The cadence only governs genuinely new automations.
Off-cadence builds
Want a build sooner, or a complex one? Complex is $2,500 off the street, or a $500–$750 upcharge on a plan. A simple off-cadence build is $1,500.
Past your cap
Each automation maintained beyond your plan's limit is +$250/month. Once you're consistently over, moving up a tier is cheaper than stacking add-ons.
Growing your library
Building at your plan's cadence — from a handful to a full library over the year — is using the plan as designed, at no extra cost.
Third-party tool costs
Your subscription covers our work, your hosting, and the tools we run on your behalf. Outside services that carry usage-based costs (PhantomBuster, Firecrawl, model APIs) are either:
- Passed through at cost — you pay exactly what we pay, shown as a line item. No markup.
- Set up under your own account — when usage is genuinely tied to your volume, you own the account directly.
We'll always tell you before adding a tool that carries its own cost. No surprise line items, ever.

Anytime. After the 3-month minimum term, you can leave and take ownership at no additional buyout cost. Before the minimum, you can buy out by paying the remaining unrecovered build cost — we'll always tell you that exact number upfront.
